I didn't feel pressured and they worked with me to help get what I was looking for. I came from Syracuse and would happily do it again just to have that kind of staff help me buy a vehicle!
Had a fantastic experience with Gault!! Finding the right prime premium in the color I wanted was an extensive, several month long, state wide search, and when I heard these guys had one allocated to them, I almost did a backflip. They helped me basically buy the car and trade my truck over the phone via a combination of calls, texts, emails, document and picture shares...I wasn't letting my baby go anywhere but home with me and they made it happen like Allstars. I recommend these guys to everyone. Everyone, especially my sales professional, Cam, was so friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and helpful 😁🙌❤️

Gault Toyota was awesome. They were easy going, worked with me to see the different models and inventory they had/what was coming in. Nothing like they stories I heard about other dealerships. Seriously so much easier and stress free than I expected. They were prompt, communicative, and ultimately got my in the car I really wanted. I’ve had a harder time getting a new phone.
Very smooth experience! Cam was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and features, and helpful in test driving and deciding between the cars I’d come to take a look at. I felt fairly dealt with and found the perfect car!
Sales person, Johnathan Barnes, did an excellent job of selling me my new car! First he asked questions as to what I was looking for in a vehicle and what price range would fit my budget. He then showed me what would be a perfect fit. We did a test drive, and yes it was what I was looking for. After having my old car for 17 years, the industry has added quite a few new features that I did not have. He explained all the "new bells & whistles" to me and what the functions were. I wanted seat warmers that this car did not have, so he made arrangements to have them installed and took care of it all. It was a totally painless encounter and very enjoyable to get a new car. Oh, did I mention that handsome Johnny Barnes is also my grandson? I know that he would take care of his customers the way he took the time with me, even if they didn't bring him chocolate chip cookies!
I had a great experience at Gault Toyota when I bought my new Rav4. I worked with salesperson Debbie F., who actually sold me a car 14 years ago too. Debbie was knowledgeable, kind, and had great communication. She actively listened and asked the right questions to help make sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed in my new car. I was dreading the whole car-buying experience, but Debbie made it a painless and easy process. Some salespeople can be sexist during this process, but that was not the case with anyone I interacted with at Gault - they were all super respectful. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience with Gault Toyota and will definitely be back for my next car!
